Our four-step process
Over the years, we’ve developed an efficient four-phase process. Our dedicated project managers guide and support clients through every stage to ensure that any surprise or risk is eliminated, schedules are met, and the vision is fully realized.
We like to get to know each client’s individual requirements, so we conduct a thorough onsite feasibility study and spend time discussing the project with the people who know it best – the mall developers and owners.
Carrying out feasibility studies, forensic investigations, and cost-saving analyses ensure that we understand the full scope of the project and plan for any potential challenges from the outset.
Working closely with the architects through our Design Assist Program, we help to bring the project to life through renderings and material samples to ensure that the very best solution is chosen, eliminating surprises and making incorporation as seamless as possible.
In advance of manufacturing and before work commences on site, we produce detailed mock-ups and calculations to test the recommended solution in the specific mall.
The final phase takes place in two stages: first, the fabrication of the chosen railing system in our factory; and, second the efficient and stress-free transformation of the shopping environment.
Demolition and installation is non-destructive, and our turnkey project management ensures the whole process is straightforward and uncomplicated.
